These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the Obsidian × Claude Code: 30-Day Agentic Second Brain course (the "Course"), provided by Artem Zhutov, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these terms.

What's included

The Course is self-paced and online. Your purchase includes:

Access to all Course lessons, recordings, and materials.
Access to the private participant community.
Lifetime access, including future updates to the Course.

License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to the Course. You may modify any provided code for your own personal use and share your own workflows. You may not:

Share access links, invite links, or Course materials with non-participants.
Resell, redistribute, or republish Course content.

Refund policy

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact Artem at the email or WhatsApp number below.

No guarantees

This Course teaches skills and workflows. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances, and we make no guarantees about specific outcomes, income, or results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Termination

We may revoke your access without refund if you share or redistribute Course materials, share access or invite links with non-participants, or violate the community guidelines.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes fall under Ontario jurisdiction.
