Information we collect

We collect your name and email address when you enrol, and we process payments through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not retained by us directly.

On this website we also collect usage analytics: pages viewed, referring links, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you move through the page. This includes session recordings, which capture on-page activity such as scrolling, mouse movement, and clicks, along with the text displayed on the page. Form inputs are masked and are not recorded. We do not run analytics or session recording on the purchase confirmation page.

Delivering the Course and granting you access to lessons, materials, and the community.
Sending you account, access, and Course-related communications.
Providing customer support.
Processing refunds.

Third-party sharing

Your information is shared only with the service providers needed to deliver the Course:

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS security standards.

Hosting and infrastructure providers — running this website and the course access system, and delivering account and access emails. They receive your email address and technical request data such as IP address and browser type.

Course delivery and community platforms — hosting the lessons, and running the community if you choose to join it.

Analytics providers — website usage analytics and session recording, on this website only.

Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. If you would like to know which specific providers we use, contact us using the details below.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you have access to the Course, plus any additional period required to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the details below.

Security

Payment security is managed by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance standards. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited personal information we hold.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify enrolled participants by email.
